Frequently Asked Questions
What is needed to play QuizVerse or
VisualVerse on a Sony PSP?
- You'll need a 1 GB Memory Stick Pro DUO or larger
- To have both QuizVerse and VisualVerse, plan on purchasing a
2GB Memory Stick Pro DUO or greater.
- We recommend upgrading to the latest firmware for your PSP.
What is needed to play QuizVerse or
VisualVerse on a Nintendo DS?
- You'll need to purchase a Games n' Music MP3/Video player from
Datel. They're available at WalMart or other retail stores for
around $20. They are also available for purchase on-line.
- The Games n' Music comese with a 128 MB Micro SD card to store
videos. That card should be adequate for VisualVerse or
AudioVerse. You may want a larger Micro SD card, but the video
files are small.
- This will work for either the Nintendo DS or DS Lite.
- We recommend that you delete the games folder, so they practice
their verses instead of playing games.
Will these products be available for
download?
- We are not set up for download at this time. We plan to do
so in the future. However for the DS files, or QuizVerse for
PC, we are able to send these purchases via e-mail.
Which products work with a iPod or Video
iPod?
- Both AudioVerse and VisualVerse can be used on an iPod.
Only the video iPods support VisualVerse. Purchase the Audio
CD or MP3s for iPod use, and MP4s for VisualVerse.
I don't have a computer. Can you
provide the PSP or DS versions?
- Yes, we can send you the appropriate memory card pre-loaded
with what you'll need.
- The cost of the memory card will be added to your order.
- Please be sure of which type of system you prefer, so you get
the correct type of card.
I don't own a Nintendo DS, Sony PSP, or
Video iPOD. Which would you recommend?
- It will depend on your budget. Currently, you may be
able to purchase a used Sony PSP for around $130.00 or a used DS
Lite for $120 from a video games store such as GameStop. A used DS is around $80.
Plan for another $20 to $30 for the Games n' Music or a memory
stick.
- We recommend a Sony PSP because of it's larger screen
size, and it's ability to support AudioVerse, VisualVerse, and
QuizVerse.
- The newer Sony PSP 2000s or Video iPod can plug into a video
screen as well.
